    i have had my children stolen by dss, my family my self and my commuity are fighting to get them home

    I am dealing with CPS (CROOKS!) I am fighting with my life…….They are KID NAPPERS IN THE DARK OF NIGHT!

    It seems apparent that unless CPS is challenged in court on constitutional grounds they will continue to destroy families. They violated my 1st, 4th,5th and 14th amendment rights. Several attorneys I contacted stated I had a case for federal court, but I could not get a single attorney to handle my case. CPS is the KBG or Gestapo of the US. Law enforcement agencies cannot treat felons the way CPS treats parent who aren’t even accused of a crime. My CPS worker told me she knew I did not abuse or neglect my child, but the agency was determined to remove my teenager anyway.
